Shipment processing time 1-3 days to leave our facility. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

All domestic shipments for the Contiguous US ship via USPS Priority 2-3 Day at a Flat Rate of $8.00
For Alaska, Hawaii and International orders all shipments Ship via USPS and are the calculated rate shown in your cart at checkout for your region.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Priority 2-3 Day at a Flat Rate of $8.00
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Spherebjj.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Sphere Kimono Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please contact us as well and we would be happy to help in any way we can to find the best way to handle your situation as the resolution is generally case by case.
International Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS all over the world and your rate will show in the cart. If you have special shipping needs for international customers feel free to email us.
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original date of purchase on items that are in new unwashed condition. Please try everything on for fit before washing. Also please refer to our care instructions which can help for proper techniques to ensure the best fit.
If you need to return an item please email us for an RA#. Once you have received an RA# please follow the instructions provided. Please note the cost of shipping returns back to us is the customers responsibility. Unless the error was made on our part.
